Elite Academy Child Development Center Elite Academy Child Development Center Hoschton, GA Hoschton, GA Part-time Full-time Part-time Full-time $12 - $14 an hour $12 - $14 an hour 6 days ago 6 days ago 6 days ago Duties - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool students - Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and development - Provide individualized attention and support to students with special education needs - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student engagement and participation - Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a safe and productive learning environment - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to coordinate activities and events - Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians on a regular basis - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance Skills - Proven experience working with preschool-aged students in an educational setting - Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices - Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans that promote literacy education - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with students, parents, and colleagues - Proficient in curriculum development and implementation - Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children with diverse needs and abilities - Familiarity with daycare regulations and licensing requirements Note:
